On Tuesday, 15 March 2022, Acquia will be retiring the Insight Score feature for all Acquia-hosted Cloud Platform and Site Factory applications.
We know that some of our users reference the Insight Score after site launches and major updates. We’re ready to help you transition to new processes for keeping your site performant, secure, and aligned with Drupal best practices.
Q: Is there any action required on my part?
Acquia offers a pre-launch checklist that you can use to ensure you’re following Acquia’s best practices for deploying sites on the Cloud Platform.
Additionally, you can connect with your Technical Account Manager to learn about the Drutiny audits that they can provide. A Drutiny audit is a customizable, on-demand audit that provides detailed information about your application, and actionable next steps to improve areas of weakness for your application’s unique challenges.
If you do not have an assigned Technical Account Manager, you can request a site audit from Acquia Support by logging into accounts.acquia.com and visiting the Acquia Help Center. Our team can discuss specific results or concerns for your specific application with you.
Q: Are there any tools or resources that assist with application management?
As we retire these features, we’re excited to share new innovations that will give you greater control and visibility into your site in 2022 and beyond. Acquia Code Studio, currently in beta, provides a pre-configured, Drupal optimized build and testing process that enables you to audit your code for dependencies, vulnerabilities, and quality. In addition, Acquia Cloud Actions will enable you to automate the process of deploying code to your environments on Acquia Cloud Next. Acquia Code Studio and Acquia Cloud Actions will not replace the Insight Score, and will not run the same audits as the Insight Score.

Q: Are there other major software upgrades on Acquia Cloud coming soon?
We are committed to maintaining the security and stability of the Acquia Cloud platform. To do so, we are consistently removing software that has reached end-of-life and adding new features on an ongoing basis. We work to provide as much lead time as possible whenever this happens, in order to ensure your application runs smoothly while these upgrades and retirement efforts are underway. For more information on other upcoming retirements, please see our Software End-of-Life Schedule.
Q: I have some additional questions and concerns. Who can I contact?
