The formatting of GDPR/RTBF/CCPA purge requests to Acquia Customer Data Platform should be a .csv text file that contains the CDP CustomerIDs to be purged.
Unless your CDP tenant is using Global Customer Ids, the CDP CustomerIDs is a concatenation of an CDP-assigned SourceSystemID and a source system-assigned SourceCustomerNumber (i.e. record identifier).
Please provide the data in a .csv file similar to the sample below. The file should use double-quotes as a text qualifier.
There should only be CustomerIDs and punctuation (the double quote character around the CustomerIDs, the comma character after the double quoted ID, and the return character after each comma) in the resultant file.
1) Do NOT send the data in Excel worksheets. If you want to password protect the data, please add the .csv to a password protected .zip or .gz file and send us the decrypting password along with the file.
2) Use a text editor to double-check that the file conforms to file formatting guidelines
