To check the status of a CDP Data Erasure (GDPR/CCPA/RTBF) request for Acquia Customer Data Platform
- Sign in to CDP and click Data Erasure on the Navigation pane.
- Search for the request using the Request ID or the specific Customer ID, then click Apply
- You can also filter this screen by the Created On date, Expiration Date, and the Status (Pending, In Progress, Completed)
Don't see Data Erasure on the Navigation pane?
Contact Support and ask for the Data Erasure role.
