Issue
The Acquia Insight service is connected using the Acquia Connector module, however when you view the Environments (https://cloud.acquia.com/a/develop/applications/<application UUID>
) page in Cloud Platform it is displaying 'CONNECT ACQUIA INSIGHT'.
When you view the Insight (https://cloud.acquia.com/a/develop/applications/<application UUID>/environments/<environment UUID>/insight
) page the Insight rating is visible.
Resolution
This issue is caused by the active domain and Acquia Insight being configured for a different domain. You can’t change the active domain for an environment. For more information, see this known issue.
If you can add Acquia Insight to the active domain you will be able to resolve this issue, otherwise you will need to use the Insight page to view the Insight score.
