On Drupal 8 sites when the Acquia Connector module has been installed correctly following Installing the Acquia Connector instructions, however Acquia Insight score is not showing.
On the Status Report page (
/admin/reports/status) there is an error:
Acquia Subscription SPI - SPI data has not been reported to Acquia for more than a day.
The Acquia Connector module was configured initially outside the current Acquia environment.
Click through to the Acquia SPI Environment Change Actions page (
/admin/config/system/acquia-connector/environment-change) using the link in the alert and review the changes. Select either option 2 or 3 depending on your circumstance and save configuration. The site should now have an Acquia Insight score in the Acquia Cloud interface.
