If you have opened a support ticket for Acquia Dev Desktop, The Support Engineer may ask you to send Acquia your log files.
This is easily done through the Dev Desktop application.
Go to the Help menu in the menu bar and choose "Report an Issue"
Fill out the form. It is not necessary to give a long issue summary if you have already done that in the support ticket. Make sure to add your support ticket number into the issue summary.
Once you have done this, please update the support ticket to let the engineer know this has been done.
