Issue
I am having issues retrieving completed file information that is exported to my specific customer Amazon S3 Directory.
This is the on-screen error I am receiving:
Login Failed The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
Resolution
Make sure you are accessing the Amazon S3 Directory associated specifically with your Lift account, and that you are using the specific S3 keys associated with your customer account, and not your individual user account.
The correct URL should be the S3 Bucket URL s3://lift.prod.api-file.[region]/[customer/
and the directory should look like:

The customer keys should be the AWS Access Key ID and the AWS Secret Access Key that are listed by the S3 Bucket URL at Admin > Manage Customers > Customer Details in your Lift Profile Manager account.
