I would like to update the email address associated with my Acquia account.
If you would like to update your email address associated with your Acquia account, you will be required to create a new account.
The email address is the unique identifier for Acquia accounts and for that reason, it can not be updated.
In order to make a change to your email address, you will be required to create a new Acquia account with the new address and then have this new account added to your team.
To create a new account, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to accounts.acquia.com
- Select the option "Don't have an account? Create one"
- Fill in your required details including your new email address
- Have an Administrator on your organization select the option to ‘Add Member' for your new user account, as shown here:
Once you are a member of the relevant team(s) associated with the subscription, you can instruct your account Administrator and/or Owner to remove your old account from the team.
