Please follow these steps when submitting a support ticket for the Acquia Customer Data Platform (aka AgilOne) system
- Sign into Acquia Cloud Platform via accounts.acquia.com sign in link
- In the Acquia navigation bar, click Help > Submit a Support Ticket, then click Support Ticket
- Fill out the form
- Type: Choose “Acquia Platform/Services”
- Product: Choose "Acquia Customer Data Platform (AgilOne)"
- Choose the appropriate urgency (low,medium,high,critical)
- Note: Critical urgency should be reserved for issues of a critical nature such as System Outages, API's not available, Missed Data Refresh Times,etc. If your case does not meet our definition of Critical, the Support team does reserve the right to lower the urgency from Critical to High or to Normal.
- Fill out the subject and description
- Provide supporting details (screenshots, urls,etc)
- Click Create
