Acquia Connector is not connected

    Issue

    When checking the Acquia Connector settings page it says that it is connected to Acquia, but data is not getting sent.

    Resolution

    Open the Acquia Connector Credentials page http://www.domain.com/admin/config/system/acquia-connector/credentials,

    Credentials

    Then check the credentials on the Acquia Cloud Platform Page i.e. https://cloud.acquia.com/a/applications/xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx/settings/keys.

    Acquia Connector Keys

    Make sure that the credentials added on the site are similar to the ones provided on Cloud UI, if not add the correct credentials and then connect to the subscription.
