There are two main causes for time on page's not being tracked:
- If you are testing the page, as a Campaign Studio user, you will not be tracked correctly when logged in.
- A user has not gone from a tracked page to another tracked page, so there is no defined endpoint.
- Ensure you are not logged into the Campaign Studio instance.
- In order to see time on page, the contact would have to be tracked on one page then go to another tracked page to set an end time for when they were on the first page.
